Returns Policy

Abatix accepts returns for regularly stocked items that are undamaged, not past their expiration date, and with their original packaging within 60 days of purchase. Custom or special order items are not returnable.

To request a return, please call 888.222.8499 or email our customer service team and provide us the order number (or web reference number) along with the items to be returned and their quantities.
